2.2 A Client refers to any boutique fitness studio or individual who enters into a separate written engagement agreement with Pehezu Jeporo for consulting services.

2.3 Content on this website, including descriptions of our working methods, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a specific proposal, offer, or guarantee of results for any particular studio.

3. Engagements and Deliverables

3.1 Any consulting Engagement between Pehezu Jeporo and a Client is governed by a separate written agreement outlining scope, timeline and fees, and is not created merely by browsing this website or submitting the contact form.

3.2 A Deliverable refers to any document, template, framework or written material produced by Pehezu Jeporo as part of an Engagement. Sample deliverables shown on this website are illustrative and may be adapted for actual Client use.

3.3 Deliverables are provided as informational tools intended to support a studio's internal decision-making, and their use remains at the discretion of the Client.

4. Website Content and Accuracy
